Dark circles under the eyes are a very common concern, because they make the eyes look tired. The area around the eyes, however, is particularly delicate to treat and requires considerable experience.
Teoxane has developed a product specifically for the eye area, Teosyal Redensity II, which Dr Brunelli has used since its launch and on which he trains young doctors.
Redensity II is a long-lasting, very soft product that gives the doctor full control over the quality of the result, which is extremely natural. It combines hyaluronic acid, with a filling and hydrating effect, with amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins with a restructuring effect, plus lidocaine for a comfortable session.

- tear trough deformity
- a marked lid-cheek junction
- small lower eyelid bags.
If the problem is only brownish discolouration of the eye area, or if the lower eyelid lacks tone, the treatment is not indicated.
Technique
The microcannula technique used by Dr Brunelli allows the product to be injected safely and with practically no marks. Injections can also be done with a needle, but this area is not free from risks and complications can be significant.
