Surgical techniques are constantly shaped by research. In fat grafting (lipofilling or lipostructure), recent progress has led to the nanograft, which is very useful because these microparticles can be injected into the dermis, with a marked restructuring effect on the skin. The nanograft is obtained by further purifying the fat graft and can be injected with a very fine needle, like the one normally used for biostimulation.
The nanograft can markedly improve skin quality and can be combined with the other classic techniques. See also fat grafting.
